I betcha it's one of these new soul explosions, they vary by profession, I know 1 sets everyone in spirit range on fire, another knocks everyone down, several of them have huge range, I wouldn't be surprised if one of them took away all adrenaline.

I have the initiate draw aggro for me, he is quite useful in that regard.

I haven't had problems with the enemy minions so far, but you can easily bring Verata's Aura and wipe them out with their own higher leveled chaff.

EDIT: now that I think about it, the mesmers' AoE enchant removal death bomb might make that a bit of a PITA, though I'm sure its still helpful.

downsides: ye, this ^
and the enchantment removal makes my melee monk too weak,
BUT upsides:

New quests!
Easy in NM, fun in HM, awsome purple inscribables (cool skins in there dude)
Imperial weapons to come.
Moar story for my lore hunger.
Lvl 28 helpers, take that poor lvl 20 WiK scoundrels!
Announcing an epic battle on the official website, I'm sure they are going to make BFLA look like a mere scrimmage!
And it's only 1/3rd of the stuff to come!

I hope they give Imperial Commendations a good new use besides Superioer salvage kits. And something to get more of them, like the Wanted quests. I really enjoy those dailies

haiju lagoon is incredibly difficult. standing in the water gives u a debuff that deal 25 dmg per skill activated :\

then to make matters worse about 5 groups come at you at once. thank god its over once hes done channeling.

Has anyone seen how the focus of purity skin works? The icon in Iza Yoi's list looks like chromium shards. But daggers are visually in both hands, whereas a focus is, well, not. Anyone gotten them yet?

to my knowledge its 1 chromium shard on the offhand
